INCO Property Group (formerly known as F&M Drake Properties) is the trading name of the Fred and Mena Drake partnership.

The Early Beginnings

• 1986 Fred & Mena Drake acquired their first commercial property
• 1986 Started ABSOE Business Equipment
• 1998 Settled on 2.6 ha former Peters Ice Cream Factory in West End 
• Absoe specialises in Used & New office furniture, shop fittings, industrial shelving and pallet racking
• 2005 Commenced dedicated property business

• 2005 Purchased Industrial/Office complex Yeerongpilly Corporate Park North (YCP North)
• 2008 Purchased Industrial/Office complex Yeerongpilly Corporate Park South (YCP South)
• YCP North has approximately 17,000 m2 of warehouse space and 4,000 m2 of office space
• YCP South has approximately 15,000 m2 of warehouse space, 10,000 m2 of yard space and 500 m2 of office space 
• Tenancies range from 20 m2 offices to 2,500 m2 industrials
• Ongoing capital improvement program

• Nigel Brock joined in July 2006 
• Over 20 years of invaluable property and asset management experience
• Previously with Industrious and Brixton Plc in the UK 
  

The focus of the Team is now on refurbishment, adding value and developing a strong brand to assist in marketing and leasing of space. This is proving to work well even through the recent economic downturn.
