INCO Property Group has recently set up INCO Serviced Offices within Suite 9, 1st Floor, “The Office Block”, 88 Station Road, Yeerongpilly.

The idea behind INCO Serviced Offices, is to offer desks, small offices and even a virtual address to businesses on short term commitments, at all - inclusive rates, with access to a variety of office facilities, such as:

  • Office Furniture
  • Photocopying facilities
  • Reception and call answering
  • High Speed Optic Fibre Internet
  • Landline phone number with calls included
  • Small Meeting room facilities, with subsidised rates on our large 12 person meeting room

Please note that our large 12 person meeting room is available for hire to Non Serviced Office tenants and external businesses.

This meeting room, includes a large “Windows 10” Interactive Whiteboard, with Video Conferencing capability. It allows remote parties to join the meeting, not only be seen and heard, but to also connect their PC to the whiteboard presentation.

Existing INCO tenants receive a 30% discount off meeting room hire rates which are published on the website www.incoso.com.au or the Serviced Office tab of this website.

Slipstream Brewery

Slipstream Brewery & Cellar Door is now open.

This newly formed business run by Deal Stanley-Hunt, signed a 5 year lease last year with INCO, to set up a Micro-Brewery and associated Cellar Door.

Sampling of the interesting selection of Boutique Beers from the licenced Cellar Door can be done during their opening hours:

  • Friday 4pm to 10pm
  • Saturday 12pm to 10pm
  • Sunday 12pm to 4pm

Food is also available from specialised Street Food Truck operators, which change weekly.
